ToyotaCare is a comprehensive, no-cost maintenance plan offered with the purchase or lease of every new Toyota at Smart Motor Toyota. This program is designed to provide peace of mind and keep your Toyota running smoothly by covering all factory-recommended maintenance for the first two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. ToyotaCare also includes 24-hour roadside assistance for two years, regardless of mileage.

Toyota is devoted to safety and dependability, and proper vehicle maintenance is important to both. ToyotaCare delivers on the following Maintenance Guide2 services, when required, at no cost for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Battery Jump Start
Lockout Protection

Impaired tire will be replaced with your inflated spare.
Winching
Extrication from any ditch, mud, sand, or snow. Vehicle must be immediately adjacent to a regularly traveled road and capable of being serviced with standard service equipment.
Towing
To the nearest Toyota dealership (or to the Toyota dealership of your choice within 25 miles of the nearest dealer).
bZ4X Electric Maintenance
Every new Toyota bZ4X comes with ToyotaCare*, a maintenance plan that covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first, with the purchase or lease of every new Toyota electric vehicle. Additionally, it includes 24-hour Roadside Assistance for 3 years with unlimited miles. To learn more or participate, please contact your dealer.6

Roadside Assistance does not include parts and fluids. For out-of-charge vehicles, towing is covered to customer’s home, the nearest Toyota dealer, or public charging station within 25 miles of disabled vehicle.
