ToyotaCare Terms & Program Disclaimers
2027 Toyota Vehicles: ToyotaCare covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 1 year or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, and 24/7 Roadside Assistance is for 2 years/unlimited mileage, with the following exceptions: ToyotaCare for vehicle model years 2026 and earlier is 2 years/25,000 miles; Roadside Assistance for applicable Toyota vehicles may vary by model. Roadside Assistance does not include parts and fluids, except limited emergency gas delivery. Towing distance up to 25 miles. Restrictions apply. ToyotaCare is valid only in the continental U.S.; Roadside Assistance is valid in continental U.S., Hawaii and Canada. See Toyota dealer for details and exclusions.
2026 and Earlier Toyota Vehicles: ToyotaCare for vehicle model years 2026 and earlier covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Roadside Assistance is included for 2 years/unlimited mileage, except for applicable vehicles with enhanced Roadside Assistance coverage. ToyotaCare is included with eligible new Toyota vehicles purchased or leased through a participating Toyota dealer. Covered maintenance services are provided in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and are subject to normal operating conditions. Coverage and the number of eligible services may vary depending on the vehicle model.
The purchase of a Toyota Service Care or ToyotaCare Plus Plan is optional and is not required to obtain financing or credit. Cancellation is permitted subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement.
Your servicing Toyota dealer may identify additional maintenance or repair needs beyond the services covered by ToyotaCare. Any services not specifically included under the ToyotaCare agreement are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Depending on the vehicle and manufacturer's recommendations, synthetic-grade engine oil may be required or recommended. Synthetic oil may allow for extended service intervals. Always refer to your vehicle's Warranty & Maintenance Guide for the specified oil grade, type and recommended maintenance intervals.
Certain Toyota vehicles may already include a 24/7 Roadside Assistance program depending on your vehicle's Safety Connect features. If a vehicle already has 24/7 Roadside Assistance, no additional Roadside Assistance benefit will be provided with the purchase of a Toyota Service Care or ToyotaCare Plus contract. Lockout protection does not include the cost of key replacement. Emergency fuel delivery includes up to three (3) gallons of gasoline twice per calendar month at no charge. Towing will be provided to the nearest Toyota dealership or Toyota dealership of customer's choice, or authorized service facility (as determined by vehicle make except alternative fuel vehicles, including electric and fuel cell vehicles, which may be towed to an authorized charging or fueling station). Maximum towing distance for TSC is 400 miles, maximum towing distance for TCP is 25 miles. Does not include parts and fluids, except emergency fuel delivery. Certain restrictions may apply. Please check with your dealer for details. Valid only in the continental U.S. and Alaska.
