Join our Team in the Express Maintenance Center
Looking to get your career started in the automotive repair business near Madison, Middleton or Verona? Or perhaps your looking for a part-time job with benefits. If so, our Smart Motors Toyota service center is now looking to hire Express Technicians to join our team of over 260 employees across a variety of departments including New and Used Vehicle Sales, Parts, Body Shop, Administration, Marketing, Customer Support, Guest Services, and of course, Service and Express Maintenance
What does this role entail?
- As an Express Technician, you would follow the direction of the Express Maintenance Managers and Express Service Advisors to repair and maintain customer vehicles in a "fixed-right-the-first-time" manner. The scope of work in this position includes basic vehicle inspections, tire rotations, oil changes, battery replacement, and wiper blade replacement. You would identify and notify the customer of any additional necessary services based on immediate need or preventative maintenance.

What are the job requirements?
This position requires standing 75-100% of the time and lifting 25-75 lbs. regularly. You will be working near moving machines, exposed to fumes, and working in heat during the summer. Complying with safety rules and regulations is necessary and of the utmost importance.
- Valid Drivers License and an Acceptable Driving Record
- Previous Experience is preferred but not required
