The new 2020 Toyota GR Supra sitting in the hazy morning light. The legendary Supra has returned for 2020, kicking off an all-new generation of speed and style. This two-seat sports coupe is available as three trim models: the base 3.0, 3.0 Premium, and Launch Edition. As you scale the Supra hierarchy, you’ll find more features to bolster your comfort, convenience, and performance.

All three Supra models feature the same powertrain, a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. With its 335 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque, the Supra’s famous inline-six engine is ready for an action-packed performance.

GR Supra 3.0

The Supra 3.0 kicks off the trim lineup with a sporty performance. Its adaptive suspension dampers are quick to react to changing road conditions, giving you maximum precision in a wide range of road conditions. The remote ignition feature is a fun way to impress your friends and cool off the cabin from across the parking lot. Outside, this trim model’s flashy 19-inch wheels and LED headlights will have passersby doing double-takes.

Inside, this entry-level Supra is also well stocked with everything you need for modern comfort. The driver and front passenger can use the dual-zone climate control system to set two separate perfect temperatures. Luxury features, like the leather and simulated suede upholstery and power front seats with memory functions, give you an extra dose of the high life.

The standard lineup also includes some high-tech safety features — lane-keeping assist, automatic high beams, and frontal collision warning with automatic emergency braking. These are certain to come in handy, helping you avoid costly damages.

Connectivity is another high point. Standard equipment includes a 6.5-inch touch-screen interface that offers easy access to your favorite infotainment features. The 10-speaker audio system is another nice touch, giving you high-quality sound at no extra cost.

Add the Navigation + JBL package for a 12-speaker premium JBL stereo system and an even longer list of infotainment features. This optional package includes a bigger 8.8-inch touch screen, navigation, and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration for iPhone users. And it also adds Toyota’s Connected Services, technology that lets you access your Supra via smartphone app.

GR Supra 3.0 Premium

The 3.0 Premium comes standard with all of the 3.0 features, including the Navigation + JBL package. As the name suggests, the 3.0 Premium upgrades your ride with luxury features like full leather upholstery and heated seats. The wireless charging pad makes it easy to keep your compatible devices ready for action. The upgraded rear brakes and head-up display offer an increasingly sporty ride.

GR Supra Launch Edition

The Launch Edition will help you max out the Supra’s head-turning power. This trim option is limited to the first 1,500 Supras to enter the United States, granting a few lucky drivers extra style with dark wheels, a commemorative plaque framed in carbon fiber, and optional red leather upholstery.

No matter what you’re after in a sports coupe, the 2020 Toyota Supra trim lineup has something to offer. The Supra 3.0 gives you a great deal on a high-performance ride. The 3.0 Premium adds a little extra interior luxury, and the Launch Edition adds exclusive style.
