Customer First Advisory Board Award

The Customer First Advisory Board recognizes the top 50 Toyota dealers in the nation for superior Parts, Service and customer satisfaction. Membership within the CFAB is based on dealership achievement in Service customer retention, and general parts and accessory volume.

President's Cabinet Award

The President's Cabinet Award is the most exclusive and prestigious honor a Toyota dealership can earn. Limited to a maximum of only 12 dealerships nationally, this elite award recognizes a combination of operational superiority, high-volume sales and, most importantly, outstanding customer satisfaction performance.

Criteria: The dealer must be a Board of Governors AND President's Award for CustomerFirst winner. They must also be one of the top 12 dealers nationally for Sales Customer Satisfaction.

 

President's Award for CustomerFirst

The President's Award for CustomerFirst honors those Toyota Dealerships who excel in all facets of their operations. It is recognition for Dealership that continue to go above and beyond at each customer touch point and represents the best of the best.

Criteria: The dealership must achieve all Sales & Service Efficiency, Retention & Customer Satisfaction benchmarks. The dealer's facility must be inspected and compliant with Toyota guidelines, and must be complaint with Toyota's marketing covenant on an annual basis.

 

Board of Governors Award

The Board of Governors Award recognizes a distinguished group of Dealers who have achieved outstanding vehicle sales performance while demonstrating a commitment to maintaining Toyota's high standard for customer satisfaction.

Criteria: Dealer must be among the top 60 dealers in New vehicle sales volume nationally. While meeting several operational and sales standards.

 

Toyota Financial Services Ambassador Award

The Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Ambassador Award recognizes Toyota dealers who demonstrate significant levels of support for TFS finance products.

 

Wisconsin's #1 Volume Toyota Dealer 2010-2019

The Wisconsin's #1 Volume Toyota Dealer designation was first given to Smart Toyota in 2010, and is a designation we retained through 2019.

This prestigious recognition is based on prior year's new Toyota retail sales and is verified by Toyota Motor Sales.
